Characteristics

• Homonizer will give low viscosity and improve the plasticity of polymer but no effect on hardness and cure rate.
• The excellent solubility to all polymers (BR, NR, SBR, EPDM, IR, CR etc.) enhances green tack of unvulcanized compounds and improves the adhesion of rubber products.
• Homonizer will provide the energy saving effect by the easy mastification, give excellent dispersion of fillers and plasticity of polymers.
• Furthermore the softness of rubber compounds improve the dimension stability and the cost reduction.
• Homonizer has tendency to retard the overvulcanization and so effectively being applied to semivulcanized rubber.
